 - Monitoring the quality of cooking.
 - Monitoring and controlling the quality and hygiene of items purchased by the broker.
 - Supervising and controlling the terms of hygiene standards during cooking.
 - Developing a suitable student program and food basket according to their physical needs and providing the required amount of calories.
 - Monitoring and controlling the outgoing and incoming items to the warehouse.
