Student Affairs Management, by receiving the regulations and management decisions of the Student Vice Presidency, with the participation of relevant experts in this field, will plan to implement decisions in order to provide better services to students and prepares and compiles the necessary executive instructions in this field and communicates them to different departments. Also, by receiving various student and expert feedback from the implementation of programs, it will improve the quantity and quality of programs and executive policies in this field. And even students submit their views and requests in various fields of accommodation, nutrition and welfare to this management, which will be provided with the necessary services in addition to expert examinations. In general, the goals and programs of student affairs management can be summarized as follows:
- Implementing the policies set by the university in the field of student affairs
 - Supervising the proper implementation of the activities of the subordinate departments (dormitory affairs, nutrition, welfare, etc.)
 - Creating coordination in student welfare and service programs in order to make them as effective as possible
 - Providing student welfare facilities and creating a desire in them to actively participate in student affairs programs
 - Preparing and arranging contractor contracts for various sections related to student affairs
- Supervising the preparation and supply of food required by university restaurants
 - Controlling the quality and quantity of students' food and food program and observing hygienic principles in all stages of cooking
 - Supervising the performance of the contractor of university restaurants in all stages, from purchasing and preparing food to storing, cooking and distributing food both in the university and in the dormitory
 - Management of state dormitories and supervision and control of self-governing dormitories
 - Following up and solving various problems of students living in dormitories
 - Pursuing the equipping and renovation of student dormitories
- Monitoring the performance of dormitory supervisors and managers in order to comply with the instructions and protocols of dormitory management (entry and exit management, safety, health, etc.) and to improve the level of welfare of students in the dormitory environment
 - Controlling and supervising the activity and performance of the contractor of vehicles and student buses
 - Pursuing issues related to safety, health and equipping and modernizing the student transport fleet
 - Planning, requesting and following up various student loans from the Ministry of Science and providing the necessary financial resources for student loans
 - Planning to determine and monitor student work in different parts of the university
 - Reviewing and following up on issues related to various issues of the Student Welfare Fund and improving and upgrading the performance of the student settlement unit.
