The Welfare Office is another busy unit of the student affairs that provides various welfare services to students. The most important activities of this office are as follows:
- Pursuing and attracting various credits of the Ministry and the Welfare Fund related to student loans
- Providing various loans (semester, tuition-paying, marriage, housing, etc.) to students
- Doing things related to student settlement and welfare fund
- Providing a suitable vehicle (bus, etc.) for transporting students to the university and dormitory.
- Pursuing the safety, security and technical inspection of students' means of transportation
- Monitoring and controlling the activity and performance of vehicle drivers
- Planning and performing all matters related to student work of different units
