The main goals and missions of this department are doing advanced and up-to-date research, solving the scientific and industrial problems of the country, and providing appropriate scientific and research opportunities for talented Electrical Engineering students in the field of telecommunication systems and processing signals related to the telecommunications sector, meeting the needs of electricity industry owners, creating the ability to analyze and design power systems, and teaching skills in practical and theoretical aspects and implementing new electronic systems. Acquiring the necessary skills along with technical knowledge and initiative power can grant many job opportunities to Electrical Engineering graduates. In fact, our main goals are to benefit from the mentioned capabilities in order to create two-way interaction with scientific and industrial environments inside and outside the country. For this reason, our most important responsibility is to improve further the quality of education and research in this active environment.
