Guide to Registration for International Students on the ADAB System
International students seeking admission to Malayer University can begin the registration and admission application process by visiting the ADAB system of the Organization of Student Affairs at:
https://adab.saorg.ir/PortalADAB
1. Registration Methods
The registration process on the ADAB system may be completed by any of the following:
- The student personally
- University staff of the International Students Affairs Office
- Staff of an international student recruitment agency
If the student completes the registration process personally, the following steps should be followed.
2. Beginning the Registration Process
After entering the system, the student will be presented with options corresponding to the type of admission.
- If the student has been awarded a scholarship by the university, the Scholarship Admission option should be selected.
- If the student is applying for admission without a scholarship, the Non-Scholarship Admission option should be selected.
After entering the relevant section, the system will display a list of the information and documents required to submit the application. The student must carefully complete all required information and upload the specified documents.
Required Information and Documents
Please carefully review the following before beginning the process:
Document Submission Guidelines
- All documents must be uploaded in their designated sections.
- Multiple files may be uploaded for educational documents.

If the applicant returns to the system to submit a new application, a new form will be provided for the new submission.
3. Uploading Identification and Residency Documents
After reviewing and accepting the registration requirements and conditions, the student must upload the required documents to the system.
Two main sections, Passport and Other Documents, are available for submitting identification and residency information and documents.
A. Passport
In the Passport section, the student must upload a copy of the first page of their passport and enter the required supplementary information.
Important: The passport image must be clear, and the MRZ (Machine Readable Zone) at the bottom of the passport page must be fully visible and legible.
B. Other Documents
In the Other Documents section, applicants may provide one of the following documents, depending on their residency status:
- Amayesh Card: A document issued to registered refugees residing in Iran as evidence of their identity and temporary residency. It is primarily issued to Afghan and Iraqi nationals recognized as refugees in Iran. Applicants who hold a valid Amayesh Card should select the Amayesh Card option.
- Refugee Status Document: An official document confirming an individual's refugee status or recognition as a refugee. Applicants who hold a valid official document confirming their refugee status may select this option.
- Residence Permit Booklet: An official residency document or booklet issued to foreign nationals, indicating their legal residence in Iran according to the type of residence permit granted. This document is distinct from refugee-status documents such as the Amayesh Card.
Note: Applicants should select the option that corresponds exactly to their current and valid residency document.
After completing the identification information and uploading the relevant documents, the student will be directed to the next stages of the registration process. At these stages, the applicant will be required to enter and complete their educational information.
Important Recommendation
Students are advised to prepare all required documents in advance and ensure that they meet the specified file-format and file-size requirements and are of sufficient quality. This will help ensure that the application process is completed smoothly.
