1- Head of the center
 - Planning and determining the executive priorities of the office based on the policy announced by the central office
 1- 1- Implementing related laws and directives and supervising their proper implementation
 1- 2- Supervising the preparation and submission of necessary reports to the central office of consulting
 1-3- Inviting specialists and attracting their cooperation in order to achieve the anticipated goals and holding short-term training courses
 1-4- Monitoring and evaluating the work of the center's consultants and experts
1-5- Attending relevant meetings as needed
1-6- Holding meetings with consultants and other members of the office regularly to exchange views
 1-7- Continuous communication with different departments of the university in order to provide expert suggestions to help solve the problems of students and centers outside the university that have some kind of work with the counseling office.
 1-8- Planning and trying to expand the branches of the counseling office in dormitories and schools
 1-9- Proposing the annual budget of the center in order to include it in the general budget of the university and supervising the expenses of the center
 1-10- Scientific and professional interview of consultants before inviting them to work and confirming their scientific, professional and professional qualifications
 1-11- Continuous monitoring of the activities of consultants
1-12- Evaluating clients' satisfaction with the performance of consultants
 1-13- Reviewing and controlling the work report of the counselors and psychologists of the center on a monthly basis.
 1-14- Supervising and following up the implementation of approvals, circulars and announcements
 1-15- Evaluating the performance of consultants in the consulting office
2- Counselors and Psychotherapists
 2-1- Forming a file for clients
 2-2- Performing various types of counseling and individual and group family psychotherapy
 2-3- Following-up clients' condition after counseling and psychotherapy
 2-4- Cooperating with the center in emergency and critical situations during non-office hours and according to the needs of the center
 2-5- Participating in the coordination meetings of the center
2-6- Participating in the research activities of the center
2-7- Collaborating in preparing publications, brochures and mental health messages,
 2-8- Submitting a monthly report to the head of the center
 2-9- Referring to a psychiatrist, helper (aid), or other support sources
 2-10- Giving expert opinions in various specialized fields referred by the head of the center
